National Ploughing Championsips Art and Poem Creation Dear /Parents /Children Young people To coincide with the National Ploughing Championships due to be held at Screggan from 15th — 17 th September in our churches we are inviting children and young people 1. To compose an acrostic poem based on word Ploughing can include words like plough, tilling, seeds,  harvest , soil,  tractor ,etc All entries to be on an A4 page laminated if possible and typed or hand written. And / Or 2. Draw a picture or make up a collage to incorporate the Theme of Ploughing again on an A4 page and laminated. Entries with persons name and age below poem or picture /collage to be returned to child’s /young persons school or parish  office in Mucklagh by Wednesday 9th September at 6pm. All entries will be displayed in Mucklagh church for a Mass of Blessing for the Ploughing  on Sat 12th Sept at 7.30pm
