Reposing at O’Reilly’s Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore, on Wednesday from 4pm until Removal at 6pm to St. Colman’s Church, Mucklagh, arriving at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11am, followed by Burial after Mass in the adjoining New Cemetery.

Margaret, who was fondly known as Rita, died on April 16th, 2025, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the excellent care of the staff at Esker Rí Nursing Home, Clara. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael, sisters, Mary Jo (Dunne), Kitty (Dempsey), and Bernie (Cunningham), and brother John.

Rita will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving family, Clare (Ruffalo), Josie (Molloy), Martina (Molloy), Liam, Margaret (McDaid), Michéal and Martin, her 16 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, brother Joe, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends

Rita will repose at Esker Rí Nursing Home on Holy Thursday (April 17th) from 5pm to 7pm. Reposing in Lawless’ Funeral Home, Mucklagh Village (R35 C5P6) on Wednesday evening 16th April 2025 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Removal from his home on Thursday morning to arrive in St. Colman’s Church, Mucklagh for Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining New Cemetery.
