Joan passed away peacefully in her 101st year on the 16th October in the wonderful care of the staff in Bethany House Nursing Home, Tyrrellspass.  She is pre-deceased by her beloved husband Jack and her cherished daughter Geraldine. ​​​​​​​Joan will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Jean and son Paul, son in law Ollie, daughter in law Clare, her adored grandchildren John, Jenny and Matthew and great grandchildren Ryan and Cara-Rose, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends

Reposing at O’Reilly’s Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore (R35 FC84), on Sunday October 18th from 4pm until 6pm. Removal on Tuesday October 20th to St. Colman’s Church, Mucklagh, Arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Joan will be laid to rest after Mass in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore.
