In these Mysteries we see the humility of Mary and Joseph, and the humility of God who is willing to come on earth to be our Saviour. The rhythm of saying the Hail Mary’s helps to calm us down so that we can meditate on the events behind each mystery. Involving children in saying the Rosary gives them the good habit of calming down to talk to God and to experience His presence in their lives. It also helps to strengthen bonds in the family.
